What We Offered?

Group Personal Training (6 Week Challenge)

Our Group Personal Training programmed is where most people start their journey with us. The 6 Week Challenge is designed to give you structure, direction and momentum from day one. You’ll train in small groups with a coach guiding you through every session, so you’re never left wondering what to do or whether you’re doing it right. It’s supportive, motivating and surprisingly good fun — and you’ll be surrounded by people who are all working towards similar goals. The aim isn’t just to push hard for six weeks, but to help you build confidence, routine and habits that actually stick.

1-1 Personal Training

While the majority of people train with us through our Group Personal Training sessions, some of our coaches also offer one-to-one personal training for those who need a more individual approach. This can be particularly helpful for anyone who is brand new to training, returning after injury, or simply feels more comfortable starting out with a coach’s full attention. For many people it’s a great way to ease into training before moving into our group environment, while others simply enjoy the focused support that comes from working closely with a coach.

GYM Membership

For members who enjoy training more independently, we also offer gym membership within our facility in Sleaford. Our space has been built from the ground up since 2017 with one thing in mind — creating a welcoming environment where people actually feel comfortable coming to train. It’s not a huge commercial gym where everyone keeps to themselves; it’s a place where people know each other, coaches are always around if you need help, and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back.

Nutrition & Accountability

Training is only part of the picture, which is why we place a big focus on nutrition and accountability. Our clients have access to ongoing support that helps them stay consistent with their habits, understand their nutrition and keep moving in the right direction. Through regular check-ins and habit tracking, we’re able to see what’s working, what might need adjusting and how we can help you stay on track. It’s not about strict diets or perfection — it’s about building a sustainable approach that works alongside your life.

Transformation

Ultimately, everything we do at OakleyFIT is about helping people transform how they feel about themselves. That might mean losing body fat, building strength, improving confidence or simply feeling healthier and more in control again. The physical changes are great, of course, but what we see time and time again is people walking a little taller, feeling more capable and realizing they’re capable of much more than they first thought.

Community

One of the things people notice most when they walk into OakleyFIT is the sense of community. Over the years we’ve built a place where friendships naturally form, people support each other and everyone feels welcome regardless of where they’re starting from. Whether it’s encouragement during a tough workout, a chat before class or celebrating someone hitting a milestone, there’s a genuine sense that everyone is in it together.
